Meet Tara Cree

Tara Cree founded Cree Leadership Consulting in 2012 with over 15 years of consulting experience working in large national and multinational consulting firms

Tara designs and delivers leadership programs that fit the organization's culture and business context. When delivering large-scale leadership initiatives, Tara draws on a network of associate consultants equally qualified in coaching, assessment, and facilitation.

With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology, Tara is able to provide a level of depth and rigour that sets her apart, with leadership development practices and psychometric testing grounded in research and scientific principles.

Tara lives in North Vancouver with her husband and two children. She spends her free time skiing, hiking and kayaking.
